THE PREP PULSE

Every little thing, accounted for.

Your plan is ready to begin.

01 / THE TURKEY

Already cooked.

Pick up Wednesday at 10 AM. Refrigerate promptly. Ask for weight and exact reheat directions; the Thursday oven slot is provisional until then.

02 / THE OVEN

One lane at a time.

Wednesday has the casserole bakes. If the turkey label allows at least 325°F and the pans fit, reheat mac and stuffing beside the turkey; warm rolls afterward.

03 / THE FINISH

Test the reheat.

The oven can carry two sides while the microwave handles green beans. Test-fit the turkey pan plus two shallow metal pans; confirm hot holding and a helper before locking the final hour.

01 / THE LONG VIEW

Start before the rush.

Equip the table early. Keep Thanksgiving week for fresh food and cooking.

THE EARLY RUNWAY

Review and get missing dishes well before Sunday, November 22.

What happens when

Green bean components move to late morning. The afternoon runs stuffing, beans, then mac in one oven, with short cleanup and chilling windows.

03 / THANKSGIVING DAY

The day, minute by minute.

Times move with the dinner setting above. The afternoon oven-sharing slot is provisional until the turkey label and physical pan fit are known.

Plan a separate vessel or platter for each dish. The roasting pan can stay in the kitchen after carving.

Check before shopping

Confirm a 9×13 dish for stuffing, a separate 3-quart 9×13 dish for mac, a shallow 2-quart casserole for beans, two covered shallow metal pans for oven reheating, mini muffin tin, two sheet pans that fit together, cornbread pan, roasting pan, microwave-safe backup dishes and covers, hot-holding space, and a serving utensil for each dish.

06 / THE GATHERING LIST

What to bring home.

Ingredients from your notes, grouped for an efficient shop.

Amounts are per the linked recipes unless marked “estimate.” Check pantry supplies before buying. Cranberry Brie bites and salad methods are reconstructed from household notes; confirm the Dropbox originals if you want exact quantities.
